I just did a full installation of the latest release (after uninstalling previous releases). I get the following error when I try to run the live demos: "The code subdirectory '/RadControls_AspNetAjax/App_Code/Grid_VB/' does not exist."
So, I add the missing folder and then the error is: "The type or namespace name 'QuickStart' does not exist in the namespace 'Telerik' (are you missing an assembly reference?)" in "c:\Program Files\Telerik\RadControls for ASPNET AJAX Q1 2008\Live Demos\App_Code\CustomerService.cs Line: 5".
There is no QuickStart dll anywhere in the installation folder tree.
What can I do to get the examples running?

It seems this forum post has been somehow lost in the system. We will investigate the issue and please, accept our apologies about that.
For your convenience I have attached the missing DLL but I recommend you reinstall the RadControls ASP.NET AJAX in order to eliminate any unusual behavior. Because the QuickStart.dll is part of the 'classic' controls and not from the newer ASP.NET AJAX I recommend you to also reinstall the classic controls you may have.
I suggest you first remove both the ASP.NET AJAX and the Classic controls before performing the new installation.

I uninstalled both asp.net control suites. I then downloaded and installed the 6-19 build of the ajax suite. I got the same error complaining about the grid_vb folder. I added the folder, and then got the quickstart.dll error. I added the dll which you provided and got the following error:
Could not find a part of the path 'C:\Program Files\Telerik\RadControls for ASPNET AJAX Q1 2008\Live Demos\Common\Examples.xml'.
So, I uninstalled again, and deleted the left over folders and files under c\program files\telerik. Then, when I re-installed the new suite, everything worked correctly. I did not need the quickstart.dll file.
I noticed the on the bad installations, there were only a few folder in the 'live demos' and app_code folders. Now there are a lot of files and folders.
So problem solved - something to do with old install folders not allowing new files/folders to be created?

Indeed, you may need to delete the remaining files after uninstallation. The uninstall should remove all the files by default, but the Live Demos for example might be locked by any process (browser, win explorer, Visual Studio) thus preventing the files and folders from deletion.
