Hi
When I click on the control panel download I'm being asked which program to open it with.
Whats wrong? there is no file extension

Can you please give us more information on this issue. Where are you downloading the control panel from? Can you please send us a screenshot of the page and the link (hyperlink) that you are using.

I was able to install once I added the .exe extension.

To my regret, we had little luck when attempting to reproduce the issue.
It would be much appreciated if you could help me on the following questions:
- What browser are you currently using? Which exact version?
- Could you try it using that browser's private/incognito mode to download the file?
- Can you reproduce the issue using one of the other browsers available on your system?
