Proble with dock expand collapse in IE

The new telerik version its not working dock expand and collapse in my page... what is the solution for that here by pasted my code pls check it and help me

We tried to reproduce the problem(IE7,IE8 and FF3) on our side with our Vista skin files and everything seems to be fine. Please open a new support thread and send us a running project(with your skin files) where we could reproduce the problem. Once we receive it, we will do our best to help you.
