Possible to trigger Rad Window from Flash?

I have a flash movie and at the end a button will appear. I wish the button to trigger the opening of a Rad Window, is this possible?

They show you how to do this using the flash getUrl property on this blog.  You can trigger a javascript function which loads the RadWindow.
