Hi ,
I have upgraded the latest of telerik dlls.
I am facing a peculiar problem , my rad windows are opening twice.
my dot net frame work is 4.0

Are you by chance opening it from the server by setting the VisibleOnPageLoad property to true? Have you taken a look at the sticky thread on opening a RadWindow from the server: http://www.telerik.com/community/forums/aspnet-ajax/window/opening-radwindow-from-the-server.aspx? If this isn't the case - post some relevant code that will show us how you open the RadWindow so that we can see what is causing it to open twice.
