[Solved] Popup selectionlist in advanced form

Hello,
I need to modify the advanced edit and insert form to let users add additional informatie to an appointment. They must have the ability to select the information from a selectionlist (not a combobox). Can you provide me with a sample code to show me how to include a modal selectionlist in the advanced form?

Thanks for the examples. I've already looked at them in a earlier stage, but i need a good examples of a modal selectionlist integrated in the advanced insert- and editform. Can you provide this?

I am attaching a sample project that shows using a modal window with a listbox inside the Advanced form. If I understood you properly, this is similar to what you are trying to achieve.
