Hello,

I am using Rad Grid on my application and it generates data at the runtime depending on 3 ComboBoxes. It works excellent. But what I need is to display the data vertically, I mean under each other. I watched the video tutorial  RadGridPivotTable, That is really great and demonstrates what I need, but hier the user must define an exact connection string, and doesn't work for generating the data at the runtime.

Is there a possibility for me to do this? Or another Rad Control can display the data on rows? It doesn't matte if I use a grid or another control.
Thanks in advance

Hi Gita,

The following article contains more information on the pivot approach. The key here is that the grid will accept any datatable, thus as soon as you construct the datasource in a manner that adheres to the pivoted representation, the grid will bind to it. Additionally, if you are dynamically binding the control to data, and altering its structure, this topic may be of interest.
I hope this information helps.

Sincerely yours,
