Hi Anthony,
This can happen in case you have set EnableDock=false for the RadSlidingPane. You need to set it to true in order to use the dock(pin) functionality of the sliding pane.
In case this is not the cause for the problem, please prepare and send us a simple running project, demonstrating the result you get, so that we can investigate what is causing it.

Thank you for the response. I may not make me very clear. The splitter works very well and the only problem is the Dock Icon(the pin image) isn't shown up. If I mouse over the icon's postion, I can see the tooltip "Dock" and "Undock".

Hello Anthony,
I assume that most probably the problem comes by the fact that some styles of the RadSlidingPane are overriden by another CSS styles. Would you please try removing all your custom CSS if you have such and test again? If this solves the problem, please open a new support ticket and provide a sample reproduction project.
I also suggest to try to reproduce the problem in this online demo and let us know of the skin you are using and also whether the problem persists only with this skin or with every one.
