pie chart series item location problem

I have a rad pie chart where I have to show the chart series item labels for every series item i.e every slice of the pie chart to be shown inside the area of the slice. I have to show the Y values and percentages which i m showing using
series.DefaultLabelValue = "#Y (#%)";

Additionally I want to show the description for individual slice what ot stands for. E.g. I want to show the label 'Location' inside the area of the slice corresponding to chart series item 'location'.
I am using
            item.Label.Appearance.LabelLocation = StyleSeriesItemLabel.ItemLabelLocation.Inside;
but still its not working.
How to achieve this functionality?

Hello Rahul,

Unfortunately it seems there is a bug with the current version of RadChart which prevents the labels form being displayed inside the chart. I have logged the issue in our bug-tracking system and our developers will take care of it. As a token of gratitude for your feedback I have updated your Telerik points.
