The RadBarcode for Asp.net Ajax does not support PDF417 format at this moment. We will implement it in future. In order to get higher priority and to be scheduled for implementation earlier, please vote for it here:

Hope this PDF 417 bar code implement can help you before new update releasing on telerik.

The PDF417 standard is already in development. And from Q3 2015 it will be available in RadBarcode control.
