Why do I get this error...is it my version ?? Q2 2008.
Have tried to update my controls ex Hotfix and zip, but ...days of frustration, and old online help ...RadControls folder structure is very different from that of the zip and/or Hotfix downloads.

Hello Neal,
It seems that you are using the ASP.NET version of RadGrid (since the namespace from the parser error is Telerik.WebControls.GridExportSettings) - is it possible that you are using a version of the control prior to 5.0? Note that this is the first version in which the PDF export functionality was introduced:

On the other hand, the feature is available in the ASP.NET AJAX counterpart of the grid from its first version.
