Parser Error Message

Hi ,

Im new to rad control, im facing a problem while running my application, im getting a parser error saying 

Parser Error Message: The base class includes the field'RadAjaxManager1', but its type (Telerik.Web.UI.RadAjaxManager) is notcompatible with the type of control (Telerik.Web.UI.RadAjaxManager).

please find the attached image for the screenshot of the same, if any one can help me it would be very helpful.
