This page, detailing setting a PanelBar to 100% of the browser's height, contains an error.
Item "3" of the numbered list of steps instructs the user to set the "Style" attribute of the PanelBar; the example code that follows this does not set this attribute.

Hi Stuart,
Thanks for the report.
Actually, with the Q1 skins, this point is already useless as the border height is not included in the total height anymore. In a word, it doesn't matter if you set this style or not. Anyway, thanks for pointing this omission in the help article; it is already fixed internally.
