I ran the example on my machine and it works, but when I emulate another browser, ex: IE9, the chart does not export. IS there a filesystem setting that needs to be added, as I have seen an error with something like that from time to time.

Hello,
RadClientExportManager relies on the FIle API, which is not supported in IE9, and in order to use the control in this browser it needs additional configuring. You can learn more about the IE9 compatibility in our IE9 and Safari Compatibility documentation article.
Please find attached a sample project configured to allow RadClientExportManager to work in IE9. The Telerik .dll files are removed from the Bin folder in order not to exceed the maximum allowed attachment size.
