Hi,

I am using javascript to open the Radwindow. It works fine on the monitor screen but it doesn't open up in the middle of the page on the iPhone. It opens up on the upper left hand corner where the top part is cut off and I am not able to adjust the position of the window. How do I fix it so it opens up the whole window in the middle of the screen on iPhone.
Thanks,

Hi Mehreen,

RadWindow's size is set in pixels and it since the iPhone screen is quite smaller than a desktop screen, it is likely that there simply isn't enough room to show the RadWindow otherwise - it opens centered by default and on small screens this may mean that the top left corner may have negative positions.

What you can do to alleviate this is:

I hope this helps.
