OnPageIndexChanged not firing

I have a RadGrid on a UserControl which is on a page.  The UserControl on the page is enclosed in a RadAjaxPanel.  I am not getting the OnPageIndexChanged event.   Any ideas??

I am afraid that we are not able to observe such an issue. For your convenience I am attaching sample application which demonstrates RadGrid hosted inside UserControl which is ajaxified by RadAjaxPanel.
