Hi,

Are there any plans to integrate Kendo UI with expressjs templating interface?

Hello Keyvan,

We have not yet explored the possibility. Do you have a specific templating engine in mind? Or do you mean some other way of integrating them?

Best wishes,

Hi Alex,

I was thinking of a templating engine for Kendo UI itself in express or any Node.js framework.
So when coding a view you could write something like,

{dropdown:: width:50, height:20, sytle:xxxx, source:couchdb.example.com/book/list}

Then the templating engine would generate the client side code for Kendo when a view is generated.

Hello Keyvan,

We're currently focused on shipping an official version of kendo UI. We might get to extensions for different templating engines after that. By the way, you could submit feature requests through uservoice.

Kind regards,
