There is no method by which the current date can be highlighted on the RadDateTimePicker (and probably also the RadDatePicker, but I haven't checked).

In addition, the method described to highlight the current date for the RadCalendar is quite cumbersome. Couldn't there just be a property on each of the RadCalendar, RadDatePicker, and RadDateTimePicker called something like "HighlightCurrentDate" that is a true/false value that would automagically highlight the current date? (even better would be additional properties to set the current date styles and background graphic like the special days (but different from them because the current date will probably be styled differently than the special days in instances where both are present to call attention to the current date)).

Hello Robert,

Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

We are very sorry to hear that you are facing confusion with the Highlighted method of Current date in our Calendar.
Our team is considering the property you have mentioned to be implemented in some of our future releases.

It will be really helpful if you could provide us with additional suggestion on this matter.

Thank you.

Kind regards,
Maria Ilieva
