I'm trying to use a loading panel but when I drag it onto the design surface I get a broken image icon (red-x) and the load panel does not display in response to ajax calls. I increased the minium display time to 1000 but I still don't see it on the page.
I know the loadpanel image may not show up properly in the design surface, but in the training videos I see an image placeholder with the ALT text (Loading...), not a broken image icon like I have.
