no change position of Splitter

Hi all,
I used Splitter Control to develop my Project. I have a problem below:
1/ When the Text is very long=> the scrollbar is shown
2/ We click on the scrollbar and drag down=> 2 splitter is drag too

I want to fix the position of the splitter.
