Project I am working on was done with that version but i have the 2008 version and I cant compile the code.
Where's the link to Q1- 2007 on this site?

You may find it for RadControls for ASP.Net Q1 2007, minus the Ajax. The first version that has Ajax in the name is the Q1 2008 release. I'm not sure, but I think that the downloads available typically only go back as far as the subscription does. If the project you are working on uses an earlier version, just reference those dlls that should be located in that projects bin folder.
