NestedViewTemplate Grouping Expand Problem

Hello. I'm using a NestedViewTemplate in a grid with client-side grouping enabled. When you add a new grouping by dragging the column header onto the group panel, collapse the group, and then expand the group, it expands all of the NestedViewTemplates automatically.

I set 

HierarchyDefaultExpanded

="false"

on the MasterTableView, but it had no effect. 
Ie found a similar post from May:

Does anyone know a workaround for this? We're using the latest version of the ASP.Net Ajax controls.

I was unable to recreate this issue using the attached website. Please let me know if you can reproduce it using the code I provided.
