Hi Sharan,

You could download older versions through your Telerik account. Here are the steps for finding the older versions:
1. Log in to your Telerik account.
2. Go to Products & Subscriptions -> Trial Downloads.
3. Find RadControls for ASP.NET Ajax and select the Download link next to it.
4. On the page with the latest version select All product versions link on the right menu.
5. On the opened page select the version you want to download and download the Automatic Installation package.

I have a similar need to get an earlier version, but I'm wondering if the instructions need an update. When I go to the drop-down for Products & Subscriptions I get a list like this.

When I click on Developer Tools (http://www.telerik.com/download.aspx) it takes me to a page that includes a link to:

ASP.NET AJAX

and when I click on that link (http://www.telerik.com/products/aspnet-ajax/download.aspx) the download link looks like this:
Download RadControls for ASP.NET AJAX
Bootstrap Installer EXE

If I click on this (http://www.telerik.com/download-trial-file.aspx?pid=561 ), I download the package. The only other links I see are to get a zipped or msi installer copy.

What do I need to do different?

Hello Al,

In your case you should do the following:
1. Log in to your Telerik account.
2. Go to Products & Subscriptions -> DevCraft Ultimate.
3. On the page which is opened press the Download button.
4. Find RadControls for ASP.NET Ajax and select the Older Versions link next to it.
5. On the opened page select the version you want to download and download the Automatic Installation package.

Hello Jeff,

In your case you should perform the following steps:

1. Log in into your Telerik account.
2. Go to Products & Subscriptions -> DevCraft Complete.
3. On the page which is opened press the Download Installer and other resources button.
4. Find RadControls for ASP.NET AJAX and select the Older Versions link next to it.
5. Select the version you want to download from the versions list and download the Automatic Installation (.msi) package.

Hi Edgar,

Please note that in order to get an older version of the controls you need to have a valid license. However, there is no license associated with your account.

With that said, it is always recommended to use the latest version of the controls. The current release is Q1 2016 SP1. It includes a lot of updates and improvements over the version you are referring to.

You can download a trial version or purchase a commercial version of the controls from our website.
