Need Client license for Telerik Controls to implement the application in Client Machine?

Dear Telerik team,

As I have to purchase the ASP.NET Ajax Controls of Telerik, i have below clarification.. Pls clarify me.

I will buy the developer license for the ASP.NET Ajax Controls.
Should I purchase the client license for the same while implementing in the client machine?
Is the developer license included the client license also?
Kindly clarify me.. I need to approach the top level management of my concern to purchase the telerik package.

Hello Ramarajan,

As per our licensing policy, you only need to purchase licenses for the developers that will work with the controls in design time. There are no client or end users separate licenses and you can redistribute your application, built using our controls, as long as you comply with the redistribution guidelines in our EULA.

You have to make sure that the DLL files are protected and locked, so that your clients don’t have access to them. If your clients are going to update your project via using our controls in design time, this is considered as violation of our License Agreement and they will have to purchase the appropriate number of licenses for our controls. Also, please note that the source code of our controls cannot be distributed, disclosed or otherwise made available to any third party.
