There are two problems I hope you can help with:
1. how to remove the unsightly gap between image and text on mouseOver
2. how to remove the border of the rad menu
The attached .png shows both.

Hello Nachiappan,
RadMenu is made for 16x16 images and to be able to accommodate larger ones, it needs the skin to be modified or you may use the existing skins that allow resizing like Simple and Sitefinity.
