Merge header columns Programatically

Hi,

Can I create the following table dynamically (Till 3 Sub levels of Header)?  I would like to merge some of the columns dynamically - based on the DB resultset.
 

 

A	B	C
		D	E			I
			F	G	H

In order to implement the desired functionality, I recommend that you use the approach from the Span cells in grid over multiple positions code library.
You can see how it works in this demo.
