I put a menu control in a pane which has a height of 30px. When I click on the menu the dropdown is cut of by the boarder of the pane.
I tried to set the z-index but it didn't work. It doesn't happen with a normal combobox.

How can I fix this?

Thanks in advance ...

Hello Sven,

The reason you encounter this behavior is because overflow:auto is set to the RadPane control and it hides the elements of the RadMenu. Simply applying the following css class changes the overflow to visible and makes the RadMenu items visible.

<telerik:RadSplitter ID="RadSplitter1" runat="server">
            <telerik:RadPane ID="RadPane1" runat="server" Height="100px" Width="100px" CssClass="class0">
                <telerik:RadMenu ID="RadMenu1" runat="server">
                    <Items>
                        <telerik:RadMenuItem runat="server" Text="A">
                            <Items>
                                <telerik:RadMenuItem runat="server" Text="Child RadMenuItem 1">
                                </telerik:RadMenuItem>
                                <telerik:RadMenuItem runat="server" Text="Child RadMenuItem 2">
                                </telerik:RadMenuItem>
                            </Items>
                        </telerik:RadMenuItem>
                        <telerik:RadMenuItem runat="server" Text="B">
                            <Items>
                                <telerik:RadMenuItem runat="server" Text="Child RadMenuItem 1">
                                </telerik:RadMenuItem>
                                <telerik:RadMenuItem runat="server" Text="Child RadMenuItem 2">
                                </telerik:RadMenuItem>
                                <telerik:RadMenuItem runat="server" Text="Child RadMenuItem 3">
                                </telerik:RadMenuItem>
                                <telerik:RadMenuItem runat="server" Text="Child RadMenuItem 4">
                                </telerik:RadMenuItem>
                                <telerik:RadMenuItem runat="server" Text="Child RadMenuItem 5">
                                </telerik:RadMenuItem>
                                <telerik:RadMenuItem runat="server" Text="Child RadMenuItem 6">
                                </telerik:RadMenuItem>
                                <telerik:RadMenuItem runat="server" Text="Child RadMenuItem 7">
                                </telerik:RadMenuItem>
                            </Items>
                        </telerik:RadMenuItem>
                        <telerik:RadMenuItem runat="server" Text="C">
                        </telerik:RadMenuItem>
                    </Items>
                </telerik:RadMenu>
            </telerik:RadPane>
        </telerik:RadSplitter>

.RadSplitter_Default .rspPane .class0
        {
            overflow: visible !important;
        }
