Hey guys
Once again a latest build (2012.3.1308.45) breaks a previously working RadEditor.
ALL url's are now made absolute, no matter what the ContentFilter is set. This was WORKING in previous builds.
I am getting very very hesitant in updating to the latest builds from now on as these small issues keep cropping up.

Same behavior with 2012.3.1322.45 when using the link button. Manually removing the absolute path components in HTML works though. So we can get around it like that.

Hi,
Could you please specify under which version the MakeUrlsAbsolute works as expected? I tested with Q3 2012 SP1 and reproduced the same behavior as in Q3 2012 SP2. I also tested with the latest local internal build and I did not face any differences.
Here is a video demonstrating my test with the Q3 2012 SP1 build: http://screencast.com/t/9wECERqCE.

Hi,
We also get this problem as well in 2012 Q3 SP2. Have you managed to track down the problem yet?
It seems that the content filter is enabled by default and if you use:
RadEditor1.DisableFilter(EditorFilters.MakeUrlsAbsolute)
Then it works as expected.
Many thanks

Hi Chris,
We've recently tracked and resolved the issue and you could test the fix with the beta version that we released on 30th of January.
We will appreciate if you could confirm that the unwanted behaviour you were experiencing with the SP2 is already fixed.
I would advise you to wait and upgrade to the the upcoming Q1 2013 official release, which is scheduled for the second half of February.
Kind regards,
Misho
