Hi Saurel,
I guess the simplest RadGrid skin is Web20. However, I am not sure what do you mean by "2 color" - the skin should only use two colors, or the skin should use two colors for RadGrid normal and alternating rows?
At any rate, if you need advice in modifying any of RadGrid skins in order to meet your requirements, do not hesitate to ask for advice.

P.S. Another simple skin, which uses only white and gray is the Gray skin.
