Hi Yaniv,
For the time being we do not plan to support more than the provided three English, French and German localizations. We have provided a easy way to localize RadEditor using Global Resource Files and the rest of the available localizations are provided by clients.
We are always awarding our users that create new localizations for RadEditor and RadSpell with 3000-5000 Telerik points.

You can find information about the available localizations and new ones in the following forum sticky note: RadEditor for ASP.NET AJAX Localizations. Once we receive new localizations we will attach them to it.
