Hi Barbara,
The localization of RadEditor for ASP.NET AJAX is contained in resource (.resx ) files. The resource files can be found in the installation directory under "\App_GlobalResources". There are three built-in localizations (English, French and German) which can be set through the Language property. You can find more information here.
We also plan to provide a way for localizing RadEditor for ASP.NET AJAX with the XML localization files of RadEditor Classic. This feature is logged in our ToDo list and we will try to implement it for Q3 2008.
