I am using RadControl asp.net ajax Q1 2008 and .net3.5
1>In my page i use radtabstrip control and radmultipageview
and each RadPageview i added Radgrid control.
Query
1>How can i show the the loadingpanel on page load and
on tab click event.
2>All grids on all the tabs are load on initial page load or
each grid on tab is loaded on tab click?

Hello Hrushikesh,
Straight onto your questions:
1) Please check this article for more info:

If you ajaxify the tabstrip control with ajax manager you can set desired loading panel in the ajax setting.
2) If RenderSelectedPageOnly is set to true only the grid on selected page will be loaded.
