Loading Panel not showing multiple times

Hi,

I am using loading panel on one of my page. The problem I am experiencing is strange. When page loads for the first time, loading panel is shown as desired. On another button loading panel is not displayed.

If I click second button first, then loading panel is shown and not shown on the first button where it showed previously.

In short, it shows loading panel once the page loads and then it does not show up.

Please let me know if you need any other information from my end.

Hi Pavlina ,

Sorry for delay in getting back. I checked and there is no difference between the code you have provided and the code I am using.

Also, the properties MinDisplayTIme and InitialDelayTime="0" does not seem to make difference and my page needs atleast 5-6 seconds before it loads new content. So it should work.

Also, the problem only appears when website is deployed on live server. The loading panel is shown everytime when I am working in development environment.

Also, the loading panel is shown second time if there is major time delay between button clicks. So if I click first button at time X, loading panel is shown. After 2-3 seconds, I click another button quickly, it does not load. But if I let the 20-30 seconds ellapse, and then click second button, loading panel is showed second time.

Could you please open a formal support ticket and send us a sample,  illustrating the issue in question?
We will debug it locally and turn back to you with our findings.

Other than this it is hard to determine the source of the problem based on the provided information.

I would be glad to open support ticket. But the problem is, we not finding problem in development environment. But when we deploy the application, the issue comes up.

I am not sure if submitting code snippet would help in this case.

Please let me know what I should do for the problem.

Hi Pavlina,

Please follow the link below. It will ask for the log in. Username is "admin" and password is "admin".

Once the page is loaded, click on "Add Student" link on the page. This should show the loading panel in below grid. After it shows modal popup, click close (do not add any student). Then click on "Add Score". This time loading panel will not be shown.

Now hit Ctrl +F5. Once the page is newly loaded, click on "Add Score" first. This time it will show the loading panel, but "Add  Student" will not show if it is clicked after "Add Score".

Also, if there is time delay between click of 2 buttons, the loading panel shows. Can you investigate and let me know what could be the problem.

I tried to replicate the described issue in the link you provided but to no avail. Please review this video and let me know if I am leaving something out while testing.
