I'm following the demo in that url:
http://www.telerik.com/DEMOS/ASPNET/Prometheus/Dock/Examples/LoadSaveLayout/DefaultCS.aspx

But instead of saving the serialized layout to a cookie, I save it in a data base.

The problem I've found is that if I leave the radDock window docked in a dockzone, there's no problem at all, but if I leave them floating, next time I open that page all radDocks left floating are loaded at the top left area of the window.

It seems something similar happens in the demo.

Is there any way to save the position of a floating radDock?

Thanks

Hello Marc,

You can see how to save the RadDock's state in a database here. This example is a little bit more complicated than your scenario but it demonstrates the desired by you behavior.

If you continue experiencing problems don't hesitate to contact us.
