Hi,
Sorry for the double post but I did not know how to delete the other.

When I attempt to create hyperlinks on some of the text fields using the telerik rad editor for SharePoint, often times the link does not stay.  The issue occurs frequently when specifying the anchor using the hyperlink button.

Let's give it a try here.


So here is a link to an anchor that lives way down the page:

Now I have some text and lots more text.  When I click the title area to insert the anchor, it does not seem to stay.  Was this issue ever identified and resolved?

Well, it seemed to stick here.  Is this the full version and that's why it's working?  I am using the limited free version.  Is this a newer release?

Here is the test anchor.

UPDATE-
After checking the anchor link above, it looks like it may not have saved correctly after all.  When I add the anchor "1" to the text above, then go back into the link editor, it's gone.  On my site it does not save it when I click submit either.  I can provide access to the admin site if you provide me with an email to send the credentials to.

It appears to be resolved in the latest release.  It works great now and is no longer an issue.

Hi..
I am RAD editor for my sharepoint application in mozilla.The hyperlink icon is not working.It does not convert the text into link.
Any idea how can I get this working??

when i go to "submit a support ticket" it says " We are sorry, but your support package is not active" even though I have downloaded the trial for RAD editor lite.
My problem is that in mozilla (using RAD editor rich text editor toolbar), when I try to create a hyperlink, the page does not gets updated with the link.However, this works fine in safari.
Please let me know the fix for this.
