does anyone know where I can get a download of the latest RadControls that support .net 2.0? I believe it is the 2010 Q4 release, but the Telerik ControlPanel does not go back that far.

The last version of the Telerik UI for ASP.NET AJAX which supports .NET 2.0 Framework is from Q3 2010 SP2 and could not be accessed in the Telerik Control Panel. Despite of this fact, you could download it from our web site. Following the steps below will help you to do that:
1. Log in into your Telerik account.
2. Select DevCraft Complete item from the Products & Subscription menu.
3. Click Download Installer and resources button which is on the right side of the page.
4. Open Older versions link in the UI for ASP.NET AJAX section.
5. Click on the 2010.3.1317 version.
6. Download the Automatic Installation (.msi) file.

I am also looking for the older version of Telerik UI for ASP.NET AJAX which supports .Net 2.0 Framework.
After following your instructions, I get 2012.2 724 (June 24, 2012) version as the last available version for download.
Is there any other way? Thanks.

In order to get access to an older version of the UI components you need to have active license or expired license from the time when the old version was produced. Currently we don't provide trial for old versions.

The reason why you cannot reach the desired files in your account is that you do not have license for these Telerik UI for ASP.NET AJAX versions. However, you could use the 2009.2.701 which also supports .NET Framework 2.0.

Does the current trial version work on .NET 2.0 at all?

The last version of the Telerik ASP.NET AJAX suite that supports .NET 2.0 is Q3 2010 SP2. Support for .NET 2.0 was discontinued in Q1 2011: http://blogs.telerik.com/aspnet-ajax/posts/11-03-03/telerik-ajax-controls-net-2-0-support-discontinued-as-of-q1-2011.aspx.
