JsCript error Sys.WebForms.PageRequestManagerServerErrorException

Hi All,

I am using RadControl ASP.NET AJAX Q1 2008

In my page i am using ScriptManager,RadAjaxManager,RadAjaxLoadingPanel,buttton
I apply loading panel on button click .
When i click on button it gives me following error.
Microsoft JScript runtime error: Sys.WebForms.PageRequestManagerServerErrorException: An unknown error occurred while processing the request on the server. The status code returned from the server was: 500
