You are right, that the Supported jQuery versions table has not been updated to specify the supported versions for the R2 2017 release. However, they are the same as those for the R1 2017 version of the widgets because no additional testing for the jQuery 3.2.1 integration has been performed.
Depending on our priority queue and pending tasks, we will do our best to test the Kendo UI against jQuery 3.2.1 for the very next Kendo release (R3 2017, scheduled for mid September).

Hi Folks, is there any more news on this? The documentation states 3.1.1 for 2017.3; are we likely to get 3.2.1 support in the 2018.1 version in January?
The improved support for jQuery 3.2.1 is currently an ongoing task. We are fixing known issues in the Kendo widgets using that version of jQuery. Nevertheless, due to fact that considerable resources are allocated for tasks with higher priority, we cannot guarantee that the full testing procedure will be executed before the R1 2018 release.
What I could also suggest you is to test your project against jQuery 3.2.1 and let us know if any issues arise.

Hi Telerik Team,
Any update that jQuery 3.2.1 comptable?
Hi Kiran,
Since R2 2018.2.516 Kendo UI officially offers support for jQuery 3.3.1. jQuery 3.2.1 was not listed among the officially supported versions because we decided to target directly the newest possible version of jQuery. Having that said, I would recommend you to update the jQuery version to 3.3.1 and run your application on that. If for some reason, you are limited to use jQuery 3.2.1, I would suggest you to test how that runs with a Kendo version from R2 2018.2.516 on. If you face any issues, please let us know, so we can review them.
