This is a known regression that was released with the latest version - Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read properties of null (reading 'className'). There is a service pack available to download a fix for it. Please download it and test it in your project.

You can find the download link at the Version Download section of your account. The fix for the issue is available from version 2025.2.528, however, I suggest you use 2025.2.609, as it has some additional fixes in it.

If you continue to have this issue, it is most likely due to having set the <compilation debug=”true”> in the web.config file and EnableScriptCombine="false" for the ScriptManager. If you remove EnableScriptCombine from the equation, the code works as expected, even when debug is set to true.

Now, if you need to have EnableScriptCombine be false, you can use the following override, which will mitigate the error:

To activate your Telerik UI for ASP.NET AJAX license for your Web Forms project, follow these steps based on the type of project you are using:

1. Determine Your Project Type:

   • Web Application Project: This type has a .csproj or .vbproj file.
   • Web Site Project: This type does not have a .csproj or .vbproj file.

2. License Key Setup:

   • Web Application Project:

     • Open your .csproj file in a text editor.
     • Add your license key in the following format:

   • Web Site Project:
