Hi Support,

We are facing the issue in RAD Editor control in Fire fox 6.0.  when loading the RAD Editor The toolbars are not displayed. And the contents are showed as html code in default view.  we are not able to switch to default view & html view.  Refer the attached screen shot.

Thanks for the support.

  we are using the
 RadEditor.Net2, Version=7.0.2.0
 Visual studio version: VS 2005
 .NET version 2.0
 Browser: Firefox 6.0

Regards,
Megha.

Hello Megha,

I posted today a sticky note in the RadEditor Classic forum about the problem and how to fix it. Here it is: RadEditor for ASP.NET does not work properly in Firefox 6.

Hi.I am the designer of a site that is hosted by Lutix. They employ the RAD editor as the only method to edit your site.Since my upgrade to Firefox 6, the editor is not working. Is there a solution to this problem?

Hi Victoria,

Which version of RadEditor is hosted by Lutix? If they use RadEditor Classic, they should upgrade to 7.3.6 as suggested in the following forum thread: RadEditor for ASP.NET does not work properly in Firefox 6.

If they use RadEditor for ASP.NET AJAX, please provide more information and live URL so that we can reproduce the problem on our end.

All the best,
