Is there a simple way to change NextPrevNumericAndAdvanced pager layout?

I need to make two small changes to the NextPrevNumericAndAdvanced pager:
1. Display page number in teh middle and change page stuff on the left side
2. Substitute page size textbox with dropdown list.

Is there a simple way to do it, at least for #1?

I know, thanks. The intention was to reuse page numeric buttons. It's not a big deal to implement them but it takes time...
