Here's a scenario:

1. Add image in the editor
2. Make the image link to somewhere
3. Delete the image
4. You are left with empty link (in the source)

In a way I understand why it did this; you deleted the image not the link. But, on the other hand, I'm left with a link (anchor) that I only see in source view...

Any thoughts?

Hi Peter,

This is a browser behavior. Basically, when you click on a linked image, the browser selects only the IMG tag, but not the parent A tag. In order to select the anchor you should click on the left side of the linked image, press the left mouse button and drag the cursor to the right over the image. This operation will select the image and link together and you will be able to delete the whole selection.

I can see your point, but on the other hand I can't expect my clients to remember to do this... I just wanted to point this out in case I was missing something. Thanks.
