Are the configuration setting in web.config different for using ii7 in integraded mode? I am getting the ajax callback error with my progress indicator. I can switch to classic mode and it work. The radupload now supports integrated mode right?

The Q2 version of RadUpload for ASP.NET AJAX (2008.2.723) supports IIS7 integrated mode.
Please check this article - on the bottom there is additional configuration for IIS7:
