I have the following error:
error 1719 windows installer service could not be accessed

It is a Vista Home Premium 64

Hello Raul,

This is a relatively common error which seems to appears in almost all versions of Microsoft Windows. I believe it is related to Windows Installer service.

I would suggest you to either take a look at this article or try to download the latest Windows Installer.
