Insert Mode to look different

How do I make the Insert different from the Edit?  I only see a EditItemTemplate...

I was looking for the following:

  e.Canceled = true;
  RadGrid1.EditIndexes.Clear();
  e.Item.OwnerTableView.EditFormSettings.UserControlName = "MyInsertFormUserControl.ascx";
  e.Item.OwnerTableView.InsertItem();
