Insert a button column in the RadGrid

Are there some examples how to insert a buttom column with vb.net into a RadGrid.

I need to call a procedure with this button

or

should we use better GridHyperLinkColumn?

I have found the article "Collecting data in a new window" http://www.telerik.com/help/aspnet/grid/grdcollectingdatainnewwindow.html wich has shown me the way to go
