I am using the latest veriosn of Rad control in Mvc Preview 3.
Inline SpellChecker displays below the highlighted word but as it goes down it started dispaying above the word.
I noticed that it happens mostly when vertical scroll bar is displaying.
I can see the same problem on your demo.

Hi Salman,
The popup with the suggestions is displayed over a misspelled word when there is not enough space in the browser. For the time being the editor does not offer client-side API for changing the position of the pop up.
What you can do is to replace the inline spellchecker with RadSpell dialog as shown in this KB article: Using RadSpell "Prometheus" dialog with RadEditor "Prometheus" as a custom tool. All misspelled words will be loaded in the RadSpell dialog and your users will be able to see and correct them without problems.
