Hi,
I have an annoying situation where the editor works fine for all users except one person. When the editor loads, only the font type and size dropdown menus are shown in the editor menu, everything else (dropdowns, icons, etc) is gone.
Now, obviously, there must be something wrong with his setup, but I have no clue what that might be. He uses Internet Explorer 7, by the way.
Perhaps you at Telerik or anyone else have some idea what might cause incomplete editor menus on specific user machines? Security issues?

Hi Tommy,
This could happen if the image for the tools (all buttons use a sprite image for displaying the tool's picture) is not loaded. What I can suggest is to reset the browser's settings to default - it is possible that some setting in Internet Options prevents the picture from showing. You can also use Fiddler to check why the picture is not loaded.
