Hello Mohamed,
Could you, please, elaborate more on the scenario you wish to accomplish? If you wish to show the edited image on the page you could simply reference it in the standard way an image resource is displayed on a web page. If you are storing the image in a DB as a binary stream, then I suggest you try the RadBinaryImage control.
