Hi!

After installing the latest Telerik.Web.UI.dll (version: 2008.1.619.20) we have experienced some problems. Are these bugs or is there settings/changes we hav to make?

  •  Image Map Manager - Image not showing, wrong image path?
  • Image Manager - No scrollbar in image manager dialog

Kind regards
David Ahlbaum

Hi David,

Straight to the points:
  1. Are you able to reproduce the Image Map problem using the default example of RadEditor? Could you please provide step-by-step instructions how to reproduce the problem on our end?
  2. Could you please tell us which editor's skin you are using in your project? Is it possible to open a support ticket and send us a screenshot of the missing scroll problem?

Once we are able to reproduce both issues on our side, we will do our best to provide a solution.

Best regards,
Rumen

After some more testing the we found that the problem was our own swedish resource files. Without them everything looks fine. Is this a known issue? Some texts seem to mess up the gui(especially in IE6) if there to long. Do you know which texts or how to avoid it. Is there more information to give to the translator? Would it be helpful to you if I sent in our resource files?

Regards
David

Hi David,

Yes, it will be best if you send us your Swedish localization, so that I can test it and see which string(s) is(are) causing the problem. After that I will get back to you with a solution or a workaround.

You can send me the files by opening a support ticket and using the attachment functionality.

Looking forward to hearing from you soon,
